This is common nowadays, people eating excessively! With the fast food chains all over the world, it’s no wonder why people tend to buy so they don’t have to cook! Very smart when it comes of enticing people to buy! You see the food that they are tempting everyone with on commercials on the television?

I see so many children eating foods that are not at all healthy for them, but their parents thinking and saying that they are healthy. Just because the children are not skinny. But once they take them to the doctor’s, the doctor will weigh the child and him or her has exceeded his or her normal weight. So it’s imperative that we show the example as parents! Buy the right foods to prepare at home. Don’t believe that, the doctor does not know what he or she is saying.
